Please complete the order form below with as much detail as possible so we can respond with a more accuarate quote for your custom order. By filling out this order form, it does not mean your order is secured. This is just a quote. Once you complete the order form, you will receive a response from us within 48-72 hours regarding your request. We will confirm availability and pricing. If you agree with the quote, you will receive an invoice via PayPal or payment request via Venmo/Zelle.
Once you receive your invoice via PayPal or Venmo/Zelle, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. A due date will be included on the invoice; however, if payment is not made by the due date, the invoice will be cancelled immediately. The remaining balance is due at time of pick-up or you can pay in full when you receive the invoice.
